One such award is thePurple cap, which will pass from one bowler to another as the season moves on and is presented to the leading wicket-taker at the end of that season of IPL. The winner is to wear the purple cap while in the field and in case of a tie, it is given to the one with a better economy rate. Kagiso Rabada, one of the fast bowlers from Delhi Capitals, has a best average bowling rate in the last seasons of IPL. In 2019, he took 25 wickets with an economic rate of 7.82. He was auctioned by DC in 2017 and he played IPL 2017 and 2019 with total economic rate of 8.13. Yuzvendra Chahal is a right arm leg spinner from Royal Challengers Bangalore. He was one of the team of RCB from 2014. Chahal is one of the top leading wicket-taker. In 2019, he has picked up 18 wickets with an economic rate of 7.82 and in his career, he has an average bowling speed of 23.18. He has his own variations beating batsmen as a bowler.
